Love for Rome.
Rome, the capital city of Italy, is steeped in history and culture, embodying more than 2,500 years of globally influential art, architecture, and culture. Ancient ruins such as the Forum and the Colosseum evoke the power of the former Roman Empire. Vatican City, headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church, houses St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums, showcasing masterpieces like Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel frescoes. Rome’s enchanting streets, vibrant piazzas, and remarkable culinary scene make it a perennial favorite for travelers worldwide.
